Services

Flash Movers provides local moving services, including loading, transportation, and unloading of household and approved commercial items within Tampa Bay and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Pricing & Payment

• Moving services are billed hourly, starting at $160 per hour for two movers and one truck, with a 2-hour minimum.

• Final pricing may vary based on move size, distance, stairs, long carries, heavy items, packing services, and other conditions.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if move details differ from those provided during booking.
   

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Customers must notify Flash Movers as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule a move.

• Same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

• Flash Movers reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
   

Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the move

• Ensure clear access to pickup and drop-off locations

• Secure personal, valuable, or fragile items prior to the move

• Identify any items requiring special handling in advance
   

Flash Movers is not responsible for items packed by the customer unless damage is caused by gross negligence.
Liability & Damage
Flash Movers takes reasonable care to protect belongings during the move. Liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with applicable state regulations unless additional coverage is agreed upon in writing.
Flash Movers is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Mechanical failures of items

• Damage caused by improper packing by the customer

• Items not disclosed prior to the move
   

Delays & Force Majeure
Flash Movers is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.

Changes to Terms
