Refund Policy




1. Deposits, Payments, and Non-Refundable Fees
Any deposits, booking fees, or advance payments made to Flash Movers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Deposits are used to reserve labor, equipment, vehicles, scheduling, and administrative resources.
Payment for services rendered is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Once moving services have begun, no refunds will be issued for partial or unused time, delays beyond our control, or changes requested by the customer during the move.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Customer Changes
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe specified at booking. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of any deposits or fees paid.
Flash Movers is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or service limitations caused by customer-provided information, restricted access, weather conditions, traffic, building rules, elevators, stairs, or other factors outside of our control. Refunds will not be issued for these circumstances.

3. Service Satisfaction and Refund Limitations
If you believe there is a billing error or service issue, you must notify Flash Movers in writing within 24 hours of service completion. We reserve the right to inspect, investigate, and determine any appropriate resolution.
Under no circumstances shall Flash Movers be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Any refund, credit, or adjustment—if approved—is issued solely at the discretion of Flash Movers and shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
